The Ti-Click is a fabulous pen made out of high grade Titanium and is truly a piece of art. The pen is suitable for a lot of different refills, according to the website 45+ refills, but to me that also poses a problem. I presume to make the pen suitable for all these different refills the hole in the top of the pen is slightly too big. Please see my email conversation with the designers below and maybe you share my feelings.

Dear Joe,

First of all happy new year! Thanks for your answer, I will definitely try your suggestions. However, I do find it a bit disappointing that when the Kickstarter campaign clearly states I can use the Hi-Tec-C refill, in reality it doesn’t fit that nicely. But maybe I expected to much, I am still very happy with the pen, but just a little bit less now, I hope you understand and maybe can take it into account for future campaigns that I will surely follow with interest as I do like your product!

Kind regards,

Ebo Eppenga

Hi Ebo

Thanks for taking the time write us to let us help. The pen was design to take multiple refills, Mont Blanc refills’ tips are the normal thicker than other refills. Please try use:

•Mont Blanc Fineliner Refills
•Mont Blanc Rollerball Pen Refills  (M) & (F)
•Monteverde Rollerball Refill (Mont Blanc Style Replacements)

They should be the best fit for the Ti-Click Pro & Classic. Thanks for your support again and feel free to let us know if you will need anything else from us.

Happy New Year!

Blessings

Dear Mr Parker and Huang,

First of all congratulations on your very successful campaign for the Ti-Click pen. I absolutely love the pen and I can see you spent much time on designing it, but…

After a few days of writing with the coolest Titanium pen on earth, I became more and more displeased with how the filling inside the pen seems to wobble. After some close examination I noticed that the filling is not secured tightly inside the top of the pen. So I thought, maybe it’s the filling that’s wrong and decided to try the Hi-Tec-C filling, but that filling has the same issue.

For your convenience I made some macro photos of the top of the pen and you can see that the filling is not sitting tightly in the top of the pen and that causes it to wobble around while writing. This is not desirable, especially not for the .4 mm or .3 mm refills. Somehow the opening at the top of the pen seems to big.

Is there anything I can do? Or is there something you can do for me?

Kind regards,

Ebo Eppenga
